Please add log from recent trunk (>=4183), since in ticket 1382 it is reported that pcsc is working fine..

Hello, added 2 -d255 logs. One svn 4160 pcscok, one 4184 pcsc init error. done with ubuntu maverick latest kernel upgrade.
installed drivers,deamons.

libpcsclite1,libpcsclite-dev,libccid,pcscd
ubuntu maverick 10.10 kernel 2.6.35-24-generic
cardreaders cardman omnikey 3121
seca3 card
one reader without card

Even with only one reader same problem.
On dm8000 with one pcsc reader also same problem.

iìm having problems with earlier svn revisions, when starting with -d 255 oscam keeps restarting my reader, when starting without debug, i get CARDOK. I rolled back step by step and until now i have found all revs back to 4150 exhibit this behavior

hello,

Just a tempo solution in case you need svn version higher then 4165.
download svn 4165
download the latest trunk or version you need (above 4165)
replace into the version you ,need the file:

reader-common.c

By that from svn 4165

This is just temporary untill problem is fixed. And only if you need pcsc and higher version then 4165
