4596 Fix for TNTSAT makes FR Orange card with long ECM not working

DVBAPI Orange card (provid: 0500:032920) with long ECM do not work any more.

How the issue is reproducable

Use 4594 works perfectly. use 4596 and the ECM are not processed correctly anymore. I suppose that comes from the TNTSAT patch.

<Don't forget to ATTACH (not post here) a log file of oscam in debug mode (start oscam with -d255)!>

Could you try this patch with last oscam or a version after 4596
