card init failure with E2 SH4 last AAF image, card init OK in -d 255 with same conf and same imageevious AAF images, no problems at all with TSR/SSR 0500 card

Issue Description

This issue appeared with the last AAF HOT SUMMER IMAGE 2001 V2 wich has been compiled in STLinux 2.4 (was 2.2 before) and with a new smartcard driver.

I have 2 cards in my Atevio 7000 receiver (Fortis, Octagon, Icecrypt...) one French Csat official card viaccess and one tsr/ssr official card viaccess.

Since i have upgraded from AAF Spring E2 image to Summer V2, i get an issue on the init of my Csat card.

I just put the -d 255 to get a log and then the init is OK :) seems to be a matter of speed in the dialog*

No problem when i use the official firmware with the same version of oscam but with STAPI...
