Description
gfto addded the reload entitlements on bulcrypt card.
Any chance to add it on nagra cards ?
The reload entitlements in webif never worked on nagra cards

I don't know why entitlements reloading doesn't work for Nagra cards (that would be nice to fix). In the bulcrypt case we have a clear knowledge when the entitlements change and the function that reloads them is working.

Also the entitlement reloading in bulcrypt always takes constant time, so it is not interfering with the card's answers. Reading bit's comment it seems that for nagra that is not the case.

VIA cards are Viaccess so nothing to do with nagracard :)
The nagracards i have access have a maximum of 20 tiers, but normally have 4,5,...
In old newcs the card had to be reinit to be able to re-reread the entitlements. Never understood if it´s the only way to do it.
But i can test any changes sugested :)

Is there already any success related to this ticket?
with current revision (8077), compiled few seconds ago, I have still this problem
only cardinfo is loaded - nothing about entitlements.
I have to restart reader or remove card and put it back:
This card takes about 2 seconds to initialize, so restart is not a big problem on low load.
on a sky nagra card I have no entitlements, is this normal?

could it be the same reason?

I wonder what would happen if you add this functionality to VIA cards... which sometimes list up to 300 (95% expired) entitlements everytime you init the card or reload the entitlements. This could take up to 15 seconds!
Is the card still able to do it's usual job while all these entitlements are loaded?
Maybe we could bring back the 'showcls' function to limit this delay? (I never understood why it was removed. )
