Issue Description
worong commit while forgot to remove
and now blocks ecm to proxy
When the issue occurs
on ecm to proxy with many caid's with lb on
How the issue is reproducable
send a ecm to proxy (has many caid's) with enabled loadbalancer

Oh and please upload plain patches not gzipped ones. Plain patches are far easier to review in the trac (I don't have to download the file).

this error is comming up while proxy reader->caid is not 0000
but this is only on box/dvbapi site, on server only proxy reader->caid is 0000

for the sake of completeness
When the issue occurs
when on proxy reader au is enabled and cards <> 183X|17X2 in share
(cccam change caid on reader, set to au caid)
fix to remove forgotten old stuff
