Issue Description
Webif do not have a value to set up a cert file.
Better separate the https port from http (httpport).
If httpforcesslv3 is enabled make it to use a httpsport and automatic add a value for ssl port and cert. value (text field) to webif(module-webif-pages.c).
http://www.streamboard.tv/wiki/OSCam/en/Config/oscam.conf#httpport :
0 = disabled, praefix + = enable SSL
to:
0 = disabled, prefix + = enable SSL

i think he means because there is no gui to enter the cert name. the httpcert parameter is missing from configuration, webif/monitor. but i´m not sure if this was done intentionally...

This report seems to be caused by user confusion and does not contain real problem.
httpforcesslv3 is NOT for enabling ssl in webinterface. It is for forcing a newer SSL mode against browsers!
