Issue Description
Oscam crash
When the issue occurs
When manualy refresh (often every 5sec for example), deleting readers or users (not on every operation, for example after 5 delete oscam will crash on 6th deleting, or disabling/enabling users/readers) or doing any operation in web interface.
How the issue is reproducable
Oscam will crash

sometime it happens to me too,
fortunely i don't refresh the page every day 50000 times in 1 minute.

How to prove if oscam simly crash and the last line in log is look as I'm kill proccess?
It just simply stop logging!

if you can´t provide a log as described here (http://www.streamboard.tv/wbb2/thread.php?threadid=30975) nobody can help you. i pressed now about 100x f5 and added/deleted 10 users very quickly and nothing happened.
