 device = infinity:002:011

this seems wrong. reading the source it expects rdrtype;busname:dev /note ; not :/

Try:

 device = infinity;002:011

or remove infinity; at all.

I have setup like you say with a other reader same problem:

SETUP: device = infinity;002:008 (with and without Smargopatch)
2013/02/04 19:11:43 837E770 h cdnl [seca] Restarting reader
2013/02/04 19:11:43 837E770 h cdnl [seca] creating thread for device infinity;002:008

2013/02/04 19:11:43 842CE00 r Smartreader device 002:008 not found
2013/02/04 19:11:43 842CE00 r cdnl [seca] Cannot open device: infinity;002:008

SETUP: device =002:008 (with and without Smargopatch)

And why did you set it to infinity;002:008 if you need infinity;002:011 like written in your initial post? You can also try the list_smargo utility included with OSCam which outputs the exactly needed config line.

Setting smargopatch is of no value here as it is for smartreaders in mouse mode, not in native mode.

I was thinking to try it @ a other usb port with a other card...

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

Take it to the forum infinity, phoenix works with both smartreader & mouse

You had the ticket #3041 some weeks ago (where you already had the correct config string) and there were no major changes to smartreader module in between.

comment:9 by TGFS, 9 years ago

that was with OSCAM 1.20-unstable_svn build #8063 i hope you notice that

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
