Issue Description

<Oscam does not recognize card Rom410 correct Nagra Movistar South America
the rom works on legal Rom410 RevQ2B receivers, but the same card in oscam or Rom190 RevQ2B FTA receivers.
We are losing channels on FTA systems>

When the issue occurs
