does this card work in any other versions

or all versions the same.

full debug log on init would be handy

If it's an original Dreambox what you use, you set completely wrong frequencies.
Look here: http://www.streamboard.tv/oscam/wiki/ReaderClocks
So, for an irdeto card you have to deactivate autospeed and force VALID frequencies for the internal readers :
autospeed = 0
mhz = 540 or 675
cardmhz = 2700

Tried about 20 latest builds and some old ones pre 10k
it work in original cam module like a charm, its a brand new card... only about month old
Label says IRDETO01

"no matching reader" is your problem

in oscam.conf set
[global]
initial_debuglevel = 65535

and then restart oscam, zap to a channel that does not work and post the log here, please

add to oscam.server:

ident = 0624:000000,000001,000002,000003,000004

And try again!

Ok here we go

2015/10/10 22:23:20 2732B1D7 r   (reader) sci0 [irdeto] ready for requests
2015/10/10 22:23:23 2732B1D7 r   (reader) sci0 [irdeto] user emmtype=global, len=37 (hex: 0x25), cnt=1: written (1111 ms)
2015/10/10 22:23:30 2732B1D7 r (reader) sci0 [irdeto] Maybe you don't have the entitlements for this channel
2015/10/10 22:24:12 2732B1D7 r   (reader) sci0 [irdeto] EMM write error 7C
2015/10/10 22:24:12 2732B1D7 r   (reader) sci0 [irdeto] user emmtype=global, len=36 (hex: 0x24), cnt=1: written (710 ms)

and so on, also build OSCam r11036 has very slow EMM write times again, looks like EMM cache has been broken a while now... but that's for another ticket

Thanks

full debug log on init would be handy

start your oscam from terminal session.
./oscam -b -d65535

get full log on card initialisation.
