Description
Client oscam on Mipsel Dreambox, only one proxy-reader to server-Dreambox, oscam.dvbapi set
when setting request_mode = 0, caids are requested in order of appearance in PMT table, dvbapi-order is ignored.
setting request_mode = 1, requests in order of oscam.dvbapi are respected.
