Issue Description

Since Changes from 11110 to 11111 DVB-API with Coolstream HD2 (COOLAPI2) isn't working anymore. Sometimes if you first start OSCAM it maybe works for the initial Channel, but the moment you switch channel, it isn't working anymore.
After that something in the Operating-System is broken and the Box needs a restart to be able to decrypt channels (with older, working version of oscam) again.

When the issue occurs

While looking encrypted channels or at least after switching to another one.

How the issue is reproducable

Just use DVB-API and watch encryted Channel.

Because Debugging-Mode of OSCAM seems not to work, I decided to replace all /cs_log_dbg(D_DVBAPI, "/g with "cs_log("INFO:"
