NDS problem with MDVBAPI + OSCAM

<all tested since r11211 including latest>

Issue Description

<When first request is a ODD cw (0000000000000000xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx), i have no response from oscam (key 00000000000000000000000000000000) every EVEN cw request.
If first request is EVEN key, all is working properly (ODD + Even)

No problems with other CA providers.
Problem with NDS is only half pair keys every request, and some fields are set to 00's

A idea or is it a bug or a falsesetting somewhere ?
