Issue Description

A cs378x user with wrong password's IP doesn't go to Failban when the same user with good password is connected.

When the issue occurs

How the issue is reproducable

Connect with 2 different IPs with the same user name, 1 with good password and one with bad password.

Sorry no log but easy reproducable.

<Don't forget to ATTACH (NOT post here as text) a log file of oscam in debug mode (start oscam with -d255) and to remove the brackets around the fields! Otherwise, your ticket will be closed as you seem to be unable to read.>

Tested with 11313 too. Same issue.

i can confirm that , user go not to failban when password is wrong.
