Webif fault in readerconfig.html

Issue Description

webif does not readout the value from oscam.server in readerconfig.html. When you open webif -> readers -> listed reader -> edit: under the heading "Reader specific settings for protocol cccam" -> Inactivity timeout: 30 and edits the value to 0, it does not write the right number in oscam.server.

Also when you manually edit oscam.server -> Inactivity timeout to 0 it will not shown in webif-reader-config. all values from all readers will set to "30" instead

Yes, there is a bug. Even the default value is always saved...
