Description

Add Cryptoworks SkyLink card (0D03) and UPC card (0D02) to CardsList, please.

please add some information:

country, caid:provid, system tested, mhz - just look at the cardlist if you are unsure what is needed.

cardlist updated, about emm - please ask one of the dev´s in the forum if you can provide him some debug logs for emm processing. try to ask _network - he did the last changes to cryptoworks emm. please do NOT post a log here because your card serial is in the logs!!!
