Description
If a CCcam client is setup to MONLEVEL = 0 the connection drops after a couple of minutes.
Client reconnects and after couple of minutes connection drops again.
Loop.

The oscam-cccam-server disconnects a client if it is inactive longer than "Client max idle" seconds. You can modify this parameter to a larger value.
Your log doesn't show anything about monitor and I think there is no conjunction with it. Also we can't control when your client connects.
So we can't fix anything.
