600 mhz disabled from svn 518+ please re-add it on latest !!

Description
The only oscam working fine with mhz = 600 on a 919/93b card is that one released among 18-19/11 (trunk 19/11 @ 2.55am), please check what's wrong on latest (ppc & mipsel), cause we are getting ecm time over 300-400ms instead of 150-160ms made with that old oscam (thought 517 or above), thank you !
